There are 2 rest areas. One is at the center of Tsuruoka Hachiman-Gu and another one is located at the corner of shrine. You can sit comfortably and have some drink and a cup of coffee.
They will provide the some food. But you won’t see many menus. If you expected the valued meals, you better go to outside the shrine. Open hour 9am-5pm
